PRISCILLA JOHNSON
Dr. Johnson is an experienced engineer, technical manager and educator with a focus on efficiency and quality. Currently, she is the Energy Efficiency Evaluation Measurement and Verification Expert Strategic Analyst for Commercial and Water/Energy for the largest private utility in California serving 15 million customers. She has extensive experience with complex environmental contamination sites, most recently leading over 30 various consultants on the Saginaw Bay Watershed Dioxin Contamination cleanup which spanned 22 counties in mid-Michigan. As an educator she has served at Colorado Technical University, Indiana University, Purdue University and Butler University in Indianapolis.
Dr. Johnson holds degrees from New York University (B.S.) in Communications, Purdue University (M.S. and Ph.D.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance. She holds six Sigma Black Belt.
